In my current role as Graphic Designer at Coach, I am responsible for all in-house graphics across retail, runway and outlet. I work on multiple projects at once, prioritizing graphics to ensure each are delivered on time and meet the director’s vision. I am also responsible for extensively researching graphic concepts for future development across all platforms. In addition, I’ve had the pleasure of working on unique collaborations with Disney, Lucasfilm, Marvel, Peanuts and more.
My previous experience includes my role as a graphic designer at Changes, one of the top licensed t-shirt companies. My focus was on conceptualizing and designing new and exciting graphics for each of their high profile licenses including Sons of Anarchy, The Walking Dead, The Simpsons, DC Comics, Family Guy, Adventure Time and more. I was also responsible for communicating back and forth with the licensors for art approvals and revisions. My designs were sold in various retailers including J.C. Penny, Hot Topic, Kohl’s, Target, Macy’s, Urban Outfitters and more.
As a graphic designer at SaraMax, I focused on designing prints and patterns for women’s, girls’, and boys' underwear sold in Walmart stores across the country. My daily responsibilities also included packaging design, sketching, illustration, retail store renderings, trend presentations, photo retouching and CAD design. With each new season, we worked to create products that were on trend and fashion forward while also maintaining a competitive price point for the consumer.
As creative director for Only Ones, an independent clothing company based out of New York City, I had the unique opportunity to oversee the entire look and feel of the streetwear brand. I handled everything concerning the brand's image including web design, product design, social media, public relations and much more. Only Ones was recently listed as one of "The 100 Best Underground Brands in America" by Green Label, an online magazine partnership between Mountain Dew and Complex Media.
As a freelance designer, I have worked on a wide array of exciting projects for clients in various industries. For Brooklyn Industries, I was hired to design a collection of graphic t-shirts that focused on the urban lifestyle which the brand represents. I've also worked as a freelance designer for Method Architects, focusing on logo design projects including the logo for Mochatown, a coffee/yogurt chain based in New Jersey. Various other clients include FDNY, R. Stutzmann & Son, Sae-A Trading, Brooklyn Bicycle Lab, Isaac Morris, Infinity Lifestyle Brands and Sae-A Trading.
Before professionally working in design, I attended Queens College where I enrolled in many different classes that ranged from sketching and color theory to digital design and Photoshop.
